Junior Insight Manager

We are looking for a

JUNIOR INSIGHT MANAGER

to fulfill a position in Budapest head office

 

Main responsibilities of the role: 

  • In collaboration with the Insight Manager provide, regular reporting and analysis based on both internal and external data sources, and interpret results to deliver actionable insights that support Brand Marketing, Sales, Category Management and Trade Marketing units.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of data infrastructure by regularly maintaining and updating key reports and databases.
  • Develop and maintain BI reports that are aligned with company objectives, ensuring they provide relevant, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across functions.
  • Support various business needs with ad-hoc analysis, including monthly business cycle, product development and annual planning by providing clear and relevant insights for each case.
  • Support the execution of consumer and market research in cooperation with external research agencies, helping the business better understand market trends and shopper behavior. This includes managing local-level contractual cooperation with the agencies.

Qualifications and experience required / preferences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Business Management, Business Information System, Sociology or Marketing
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, complex formulas and diagrams, Power Query)
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in FMCG.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ and Dunnhumby platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Fluent English
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing environment
  • Good communication and collaborations skills
