Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Participation in the implementation of brand strategies and execution of projects defined in the annual project plan, according to task allocation within the team.
  • Active monitoring of category plan execution and sales performance.
  • Continuous analysis and reporting of key category trends, competitor performance, and market opportunities.
  • Regular monitoring of brand performance versus plans and developing recommendations for corrective actions when needed.
  • Supporting the launch of new products, including sample management, product registration, labeling processes, handling NPR documentation, and internal communication activities.
  • Communicating marketing and brand plans to the sales team, tracking execution, collecting feedback, and evaluating the effectiveness of promotions.
  • Developing and executing BTL (Below The Line) campaigns related to the brands, including consumer promotions, events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Help the flawless operation of daily tasks through proper administration of marketing budget and other documentation

Qualifications and experience required / preferences:

  • University or college degree in the field of marketing
  • Confident, active command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an FMCG environment, with a background in commercial or business roles.
  • A proactive, hands‑on, business‑minded personality who is results‑oriented and able to work independently.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast paced FMCG environment
