Senior Brand Manager

We are looking for a SENIOR BRAND MANAGER to fulfill a position in Budapest head office
In this position you will have the opportunity to lead our mineral water portfolio, including our flagship natural mineral water brand Szentkirályi and the prestigious Theodora brand. 
 
Main responsibilities of the role
Co-creates the long term growth strategy of the water portfolio and translates it to annual brand activation plans
Delivers business targets (volume, revenue & margin) and brand KPIs (penetration, frequency, brand equity etc)
Develops and leads innovation agenda, ensures best-in-class launch and go-to-market of new ideas
Manages 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with internal (sales, trade marketing, finance, production, supply chain) and external (media and creative agencies) stakeholders involved in the projects
Actively monitors brand performance, proactively proposes corrective actions if needed
Continuously analyses and reports key category trends, competitors’ performance and market potentials
Leads and develops a team of 3, ensures they reach their full potential
 
Qualifications and experience required / preferences
University degree in the field of marketing
8+ years’ experience in FMCG brand marketing, preferably gained on local brands (or international brands with great local freedom for marketing strategy and activation and assets development)
Strategic skills – ability to build long term brand strategy aligned with company commercial priorities
Strong business focus and good understanding of figures and insights
Creativity and problem-solving capability, can-do attitude
Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative attitude
Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
Executional excellence in preparing marketing campaigns
Fluency in English (written & spoken) language and Hungarian
Leadership experience of a team of 2+subordinates
