Join Szentkirályi as a Business Solutions Senior IT Expert and play a key role in designing, developing and supporting SAP solutions across in Central European and Serbia and Montenegro market. In this senior role, you will deliver end-to-end application expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD, drive innovative developments, lead or support projects, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance our Sales & Distribution processes.
Business Solutions Senior IT Expert provides delivery and maintenance of the application portfolio in a dedicated functional area. The job holder is responsible for application support, development and project delivery within his/her functional area. He/She manages the entire lifecycle of assigned service tickets. Provided services mainly consist of business requirements analysis, solution design & development, solution testing, user training, change impact assessment, solution implementation as well as documentation of developed solution followed by ongoing support.
What you will do:
1. Application Support / Business Continuity
• Provide day-to-day L2-L3 support in SAP ECC (temporary) and S/4HANA
• Resolve technical incidents in a close cooperation with internal and external partners
• Serve as a technical and functional consultant for business stakeholders
• Facilitate business discussions representing functional (business process) and technical (applications/systems) knowledge
• Perform analyses of identified incidents and propose solution according to SLA
• Organize system testing and conduct trainings for business user
• Maintain technical documentation
2. Application Development / Enhancements
• Propose, design and implement innovative solutions bringing added value to business
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions following standardization, simplicity and supportability principles
• Ensure solutions meet and are aligned with standards, policies and quality requirements
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation
3. Projects Delivery
- Support preparation of business case documentation for projects
- Serve as a project team member or a project team leader in Sales and Distribution area
- Provide functional and technical expertise during the entire project lifecycle
- Potentially act as a projects manager in the area of his/her functional responsibility
- Follow PMO standards when participating or leading projects
Critical experience / skills
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize Sales and Distribution processes to leverage S/4 HANA capabilities
• Senior knowledge (8+ years of configuration and customization ) of S/4 HANA SD modules including Transportation management and Last Mile Distribution
• Proven hands-on experience with at least two S/4 HANA greenfield projects including data migrations either on the role of SD Implementation Team Leader or Senior expert responsible for entire lifecycle (From business requirements, through solution design & development to deployment and operation of implemented solution)
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Fiori applications related to SD, ability to customize and develop SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience
• Expertise in integrating SAP SD with other S/4 modules such as MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning)
• Expertise in integrating S/4 with external SD systems like SFA, EDI, Mobile systems for delivery drivers, Route optimalisation systems, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of S/4 APIs and CDS views, experience with fields mapping and specifications preparation for BTP developers
• Understanding of SAP security concept, roles, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP Signavio , SAP Enable Now, SAP Integration Suite experience is a plus
• Experience with SAP Clean-Core Strategy concept is a plus
• Experience in negotiating with senior stakeholders
• Experience with working in a multinational environment
• English language: Upper-intermediate or Advanced level
• Hungarian language: Native speaker or Upper-intermediate or Advanced level

• Bachelor’s degree in IT management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (also in English and Hungarian)
• Ability to balance various initiatives running in parallel in a dynamically changing environment
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good overall understanding of FMCG business
• Customer oriented and experienced in meeting business expectations and demand
